Guest guest
Hi , I have a book called the Whole Foods Companion by Dianne Onstad (ISBN# 0-930031-83-0). It gives the nutritional values per 100 g edible portion in nice little charts off to the side of each food item discussed. Warmly, Robin <<Does this exist - a book that lists 1. foods and the vitamins/mineral, etc. that should be in them 2. a listing of vitamins/minerals and which foods are high in the specific vitamin or mineral. For example, my son needs more B2, how do I get that? I'd love a one stop resource book!!! Any help is very appreciated. (I'm going to check out nutrastar.)
