Guest guest
Price was 78 when he died. Just heard that on the Lee program. Didn't hear what he died of. Sheila wrote " Price's health was failing and an arrangement was made for him to get raw cream, like whipping cream, from a ranch in California. (This was the same treatment Price's mother gave to him when he was very sick as a child.) The cow's on the California ranch ate fresh grass grow on fertile soil. Price recovered and went on to make one final lecture tour across the U.S.A. " I guess at 78 he was entitled to die of 'old age'! Guest guest
No matter how healthy we are, we'll die (unless the day of the Lord comes first). The ultimate statistic--10 out of 10 die. Guest guest
Sure, we're all going to die, Tim. But the important finding made by Price is that we don't have to drag thru our entire life half dead before we do it. It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
