I give my kids Norwegian Cod Liver oil that is emulsified mint

flavor. I have read that this may not be the best kind, but the best

kind to me is the kind I can get my children to take. They love it and

ask for it everyday. It is made my Twinlab.

As for the butter, I usually get it from Bread and Circus although

we did get some spring fed butter from a biodynamic farm this spring. I

don't remember the brand for Bread and Circus
