popping and crackling sounds? you guys?

i know alittle bit about this. the popping sounds are air in there i

think. in between the joints.i think my chiro told me about that once.

Rochelle, i crack too! LOL crack, pop, and groan, oh and creak. i

creak.the very first chiropracter i had, had a good analogy. He said

cindy you are getting a new spine. Like taking an old house, moving it

off its foundation, and putting it on a new one... its going to groan,

creak, shift, crack....make all kinds of noises. i thought it was cute.
