I had an adjustment Dec 11 by a doc that wasn't my regular doc but has seen me before. He was getting rough with my necck and I had to remind him that I had a bone fusion at C5-6 in 1991 & 1992. Since then, my neck makes a popping noise like 2 vertebra rubbing each other. Right now, there is no pain but I'm getting headaches. Has anyone actually been hurt by adjustment? I don't have insurance so can't run to doc to get x rays and I'm worried that he did something. I've had adjustments since then but the popping stays.
