Guest guest
We just got home from the hospital...48hrs. of video EEG monitoring (so no sleep for Mom and Dad since last Thursday). She had 10 seizures that were captured. Her baseline EEG is also now abnormal on the left side. Sz still appear to generate in the left parietal lobe. She is also slowly losing the use of her right arm and leg. It started out as a weakness and each day has progressively gotten worse so that today her hand looks almost contracted and she keeps her arm straight. Her leg stays straight and stiff as well when she walks, and she is falling a lot. Her neuro thinks if we can get her sz's under control the rt. sided deficits will disappear. I pray he's right. Anyone ever heard of this happening? I just can't understand what went wrong. She's been totally normal the past 10mos. Why now all of a sudden? We're repeating the MRI this week. It was normal one year ago.... (Jordan's Mom)
Guest guest
Dear : Did Jordan have an MRI? What you are describing is likely not connected with her seizures. I have questions that need to be answered before I can really comment. If you wish to talk with me, please contact me directly. Maybe an ounce wuld do the trick. Raven

They said it was against their regulations to sell to other than a lab. Know a way around this? Debbie Success. It's a mind game. Play it well. Not all those who wander are lost. ~ J.R.R. Guest guest
Hi Beverly I am new to the group too and I have a similar problem. I had my LTHR in 1992 and I might need a revision. I found out that I had osteolysis from routine check up (x-ray) but mine is near the thigh bone. Two of the three opinions said that I don't need surgery but one said I need it within 1-2 years before anything happens. I don't seem to have any loosening at this point. How did you know that you had the osteolysis? What parts will they be replacing on you and with what new materials? K.T.
Guest guest
Please clarify your method of aeration, Bill. Do you use a fish tank aeration stone in the reservoir? Do you use a misting system which aerates the water ?? Let us know. Date: Fri, 31 Mar 2006 22:37:09 GMT From: " billdogsalmon@... " <billdogsalmon@...> Subject: Re: I'm makeing great sprouts here is how Aerating the water allows microorganisms to grow if allowed too. But aerating water that's constantly changing or only stored for one or two days is different. As soon as you start putting the air into to the water, House hold or distilled etc, you start dropping the pH. This is good it will help to dissolve or make more soluble what ever is in there. It also allows chlorine's and some other nasty kind of things to be moved away. By attaching air to the molecule allowing it to leave and not suspend and concentrate. By mold I hope this makes sense thanks Bill Whitson
