Guest guest
In his book " Food is Your Best Medicine " , Dr.Henry Beiler states that he uses Yeast cakes to treat candida. It is a very interesting chapter. I have been doing a lot of non-alcoholic fermenting, and yeast in involved in many of these processes, especially kefir and those foods I ferment with either kefir or kefir whey. This would presumably be " friendly yeast. " In researching this further, I found skimpy references to different types of yeast being " friendly or unfriendly " , just like bacteria (disease or probiotics), or life the right (d) or left (l) molecule involved in supplements. However, I cannot seem to find anything further on this. It seems that this could be another clue in the chronic candida riddle. Does anyone have any information or links on friendly and unfriendly yeast??? Thanks. Kat http://www.katking.com
