Guest guest
I've been eating a 100% whole wheat sour dough bread from the store, but I bought wheat berries for my first time today. I think I'll eat them just boiled for now, but I'd like to make some flour as well-- one problem: I don't have a mini-flour mill, nor money to buy one right now. Does anyone know if it is acceptable/practical to use a coffee grinder or food processor (I have access to each of those) rather than a mill, to grind the wheat? I know the nutrients are delicate in wheat, but using such doesn't seem by intuition that it would have a negative effect. But Sally doesn't say anywhere in NT that it is ok to use them if you don't have a flour mill. Thanks for any help, Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
