The next step some take is to bottle it up to increase the fizz-I haven't

tried this yet. Regarding this and the exploding bottles people talk about

please note the following message from the Kombucha list: I think I'll use

the PETE bottles if I ever getting around to bottling my kombucha, I like it

fine now but it's not very fizzy.
