Thanks for the help and Wanita.

I reason I got rather steamed about my arthritis is, because I have

recently stopped using a special sublingual compound of HRT and found

my arthritis symptoms coming back, hot flashes and hip ache. All this

time I thought it was my NT diet with all it's raw foods that was

helping me so much. I tell you even tiny amounts of hormones are very

powerful. I have been on HRT for 7 years and my doctor thinks it is

time to quit. I am having doubts about stopping. Who needs hot

flashes when it is 90 plus degrees outside. In truth they are not as

intense as they once where, but if they get worse, I may go back on

the same low dose HRT.

I think I now have a better balance of omega 3 and omega 6 and it is

helping me in many ways. After all my rosacea is almost non existent,

so something is most certainly improved. The NT diet, no more wheat

and improved digestion from using fermented foods have been the keys

here.

I think the electric book sounds very interesting . I will check

it out through their web site.

I also realize how important magnesium and all the other minerals are

for tip top health. I take 950 mg of magnesium every day. It is a

real energy booster. It seems hard for me to get the minerals

balanced. I think I read about a saliva test for checking mineral

levels at Dr. Mercola's web site. I would love to test with it.

I will be getting some Azomite from a biodymanic farmer who lives

near by. Do any of you out their take Asomite?
