For those who are receiving separate messages, and find it

overwhelming, but would like to remain a member of the group, the

daily mail option is great. Instead of separate mails for each post,

25 messages are sent in a single mail which has post titles listed at

the top with the complete messages below. To change your mail

preferences click on the 'Edit Membership' link near the top of the

page, and make your selection in the second (I think) section. This is

the setting I use, as it allows me to keep up with the group activity

and information provided, without having to wade through dozens of

emails each day. Hope this helps.
