Dirty yellow could be right. The whey I make generally has a greenish or

yellow-green color, but I bought some whey from a farm once and it was more

yellow. The main thing is that the milk is completely separated into curds

and whey; as long as it's raw and came from completely pastured cows, it

should be fine.

yeah its from raw milk obtained from jersey pasture fed cows :)
