Hepatitis B Foundation's 20th Anniversary Crystal Ball Gala

The grassroots effort celebrates 20 years at its signature fundraiser.

Celebrating two decades as the global authority dedicated to eliminating

hepatitis B worldwide, the Hepatitis B Foundation of Doylestown hosted its 20th

Anniversary Crystal Ball on Friday, May 13, at PineCrest Country Club in

Lansdale.

More than 260 leaders from the community, academic institutions, government,

industry and biotech executives gathered to help raise money to support the

Foundation’s global research, outreach and patient advocacy programs.

During the event, the Foundation honored Brad Segall, a longtime Foundation

supporter, a Crystal Ball emcee and committee member and KYW Newsradio 1060

suburban bureau chief with its inaugural Community Commitment Award.

Colletti Music provided the entertainment.

Univest National Bank served as the premier sponsor for the Crystal Ball.

Additional major sponsors and donors include Allure West Studios, Bristol-Myers

Squibb, Citrin man, Drexel University College of Medicine, Furia Rubel

Communications Inc., High Swartz Law Firm, Kru Research, Merck, Naked Chocolate

Café and TD Post & Animation.

and Janine Witte, along with Dr. and Joan Block are co-founders of

the Hepatitis B Foundation.

Napoleon Wi, Jill Marshall and Buzz Woods.
