Guest guest
By Robin, It's good to compare notes would you. We seem to have traveled the same road. I also was a vegetarian and then, under the influence of Price and Stefansson, I moved to a high animal food diet. My ancestors all came from Europe: Scotland, Germany, Poland and Ukraine. So roughly the same geographical area. Neither arctic nor tropical climates. So my ancestors undoubtedly adjusted to that fairly temperate climate of middle Europe climate. I also couldn't answer some questions on the test, but I could answer most of them, and my scores were, to my surprise, very clear-cut: 11, 30 and 17. So, at least I was happy to see I'm not sitting on the fence wondering which way to go. I'm definitely mixed type. And I noticed immediately when I started to change my diet by adding more complex carbohydrates to my high animal protein diet, that my food seemed more satisfying. When you think about it, we've all seen people all around us who are obviously of different types. So the old adage: one person's meat is another person's poison is common sense. I agree with you that the book seems to make perfect sense throughout. Best of health to you and your family, Ed
