Since you said you'd inquired I was thinking about the temp used to can it and have concern for it being in a can too. I always remove it from the can and put what I don't use in a canning jar in the fridge. I doubt the temperature used to can it alters the fat in any way as I've had such good health results from it. Was added alone before I found native nutrition. Still would like to find the food budget $$ someday to add coconut oil for comparison.
