semi-refined coconut oil

I've been using Spectrum organic semi-refined coconut oil the last few days

for consumption. On the Radiant Life site, it says that _non_-organic

refined oils should only be used topically. But what about _organic_ (semi-)

refined oils? I know it isn't as _good_ as the non-refined ones, but is

there any harm in using it? It seems I would still get health benefits from

the lauric acid and what not in it.

Thanks,

Chris

" What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a

heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and

animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of

them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense

compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to

bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature.

Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the

truth, and for those who do them wrong. "

, who is in this group, told me about

http://www.coconutoil-online.com/PRODUCTS.html for buying high quality

virgin coconut oil. Their prices are good, their products are great, and

their shipping is only $6.00 per order.
