Hi,

Regarding 'evil-smelling' cod liver oil... I've never seen this

instructed anywhere, but I freeze my oil and it tastes fine. Like the

ocean, or like monkfish liver if you've ever had it at a good

Japanese restaurant. The oil doesn't freeze solid, just a little

goopy. However, if I open the bottle and leave it out for a few days

it will definitely turn rancid. I'm sure this is why everyone hates

cod liver oil. The brand I use is Dale 's which is available

at Whole Foods.

I just discovered this board and am delighted to find a bunch of

people so in to NT!
