>>>here's an article re the presence of polyacrylamide, a well known

---->Dedy, a is in Maine right now for her honeymoon. I met up with her

and her fiancee last night :) (we could've talked all night!) anyway, she

won't be back on her computer for a while, so i'm forwarding your posts to

her, otherwise i'm afraid she might miss them due to list volume.

thanks Suze. could you send her a 'happy-honeymoon-from-Dedy' with the msg.?

I guess there are other people on the list who, like me, finds these

articles interesting and rewarding in a kind of self righteous way. LOL...

having endured years of dismissive comments from friends, parents and other

people who knew better that all this environmental/organic stuff is nonsense

etc... well what more can I say?...

I know how you feel. I'm thrilled to see that organic and

sustainbly-raised foods are making inroads in part of the

mainstream consciousness, however. For instance, it seems to

me that more and more, TV programs on the Food Network

speak postively about properly-grown food, both plant and

animal. I'm sure it's still far outweighed by the conventional

(they're likely mostly supported by advertising from Kraft, General

Mills, etc.), but I watch little TV, and I've noticed it. Now, if they'd

only start talking about proper preparation, raw dairy, reversing

the damage done by agribusiness, etc....I won't hold my breath.
