I guess I have to add my 2 cents. I did several liver cleanses when I was

very ill with Chronic Fatigue and other such things and they were very

helpful. I have to say they were no fun at all to do and I felt like crap

while I was doing them but each one improved my overall health and pretty

much cleared up a nasty case of chronic insomnia. Also each subsequent

cleanse was easier to do. I think over the years I have done about 12 of them.
