I don't have any grasshoppers Dennis, but I think that fried up crispy in a

little coconut oil and salted, they'd make a great fast food snack for those

times you get the munchies--much healthier than cheetos. I'm still waiting

for you to experiment--according to Weston Price " They provide a rich source

of minerals and vitamins. " (p. 261 NAPD) Plus, they're free...which is a

lot cheaper than bison.

I fried up some dried anchovies and got a similar result. Protein-rich

chips! And

they aren't nearly as likely to get you tossed out of " polite society " . Dried

anchovies are really cheap in the Asian markets.
