WASHINGTON: " Free Hepatitis Tests to Be Given "

Beginning in June, free hepatitis tests and vaccines against hepatitis A and B

will be offered in locations across Washington in an effort to find and treat

persons with the virus. It is estimated that more than one-half of state

residents with hepatitis C and one-third with hepatitis B do not know they are

infected. For more information, telephone 866-917-4437 or visit

www.doh.wa.gov/cfh/hepatitis.
