we apologize to those persons who

were not able to read it.

We have two books on the optimal diet in English: Optimal Nutrition

and Homo optimus. You can read more about them on our website.

Our ordering procedure is as follows:

Orders from outside Poland have to be paid in advance. You should

transfer the money to our bank account (given below). The bank

will charge its handling fee, but for the

time being we can't help it as we are not able to accept credit card

payments nor money orders.

The price for Homo Optimus USD 20,-, for Optimal Nutrition USD 16,-

that includes the shipping costs. These are prices for individual

customers, should you intend to order a larger amount for further

distribution, they may be subject to negotiation.

Remember to put into your transfer documents all that we need for

reference - title, number of copies, your name and the exact delivery

address. You may send a short info about your order by e-mail, so we

know we should expect it.

The shipment will take place when we receive your payment. Please

allow 3-4 business days for processing your order. After this time the

books leave our office (by ordinary mail). The time of the delivery

can vary

(usually 1-2 weeks within Europe, 4-6 weeks to the USA).
