He is dead but articles he wrote for various publications are published in book form titled " The Albrecht Papers " , volumes I to IV, and are available from Acres, U.S.A. These various articles describe the movement of agriculture in the 1930's, 40's, and 50's away from the production of nutrition to strictly the production of bulk yield at the expense of nutrition. Tactics include switching crops to those that will produce higher yields in poorer soil, fertilization programs intended to increase yield that lower the total nutritional yield per acre, and development of hybrids created to produce higher yields that produce these higher yields by requiring less soil fertility because they produce less nutrition. Someone needs to tell the children the only thing you won't find in a grocery store today is nutrition. Chi
