Guest guest
Hi, http://www.consciouschoice.com/cooking/index.html Here's a great site with all kinds of good veggie recipes, especially the ones by Terra Brockman, the director of The Land Connection Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving farmland and promoting small-scale, diversified, organic agriculture in Illinois. You may have to do some adapting, but she uses butter and crème fraiche. I found recipes for Swiss chard and for sorrel, both of which I have bunches of in the garden.
