Guest guest
I'm making up some chicken stock now, and it's a cloudy yellow color. it's the first time i've had this. this is the first time i've used chicken feet in my stock and i assume it's due to the feet..? it was not cloudy until i re-boiled it yesterday. i forgot i had turned the heat up a bit and it boiled for a little while. prior to that it was clearer - like other stock i've made in the past. has anyone else noticed that their stock is a cloudy yellow color when you use feet? i put about 5 or so feet in, plus two carcasses with carrots and celery.
