Till now I don't have any luck in my search. I have not given up yet.

Can you use Fil Mjolk over and over again? Is it possible to make a back up? If

I have just Fil Mjolk from the store, I can use that for a starter?

Lots of questions.

I learn more everyday.

I would love to try (almost) everything. I'm using waterkefir and kombucha.

Waterkefir is easy to send. Kombucha I'll have to find out. Maybe can I exchange

something here? If someone whants to exchange, please mail me private.

And so the Fil Mjolk saga continues. I find it hard to believe that no one

in Europe has this culture and is making it at home, especially since it

origated in Sweden, don't we have any Swedish members of this group?

Hello (and Heidi),

The waterkefir is delicous. I put them in water with dried figs, lemon and sugar

and let it stay for two day. Now I also have put a few dried apricots in the

jar. My children love it too. The kefir is growing fast now. I dry the kefir.

The size is a lot smaller when they are dry. Must be easy to send. The first

batch you should let stay for 3 days in stead of 2.

It would be great if you could send me some fil mjolk. I haven't be lucky with

my search. But if it's not possible to send me some its no problem. You can

always have some waterkefir from me. If you let me know your adress then I'll

send you something. You can mail private: post@...

Heidi, did you also wanted some waterkefir? I thought I've read a mail but I

can't found it back. Same things for you. Send me your adress and I'll send you

some kefir. No problemos.
