Guest guest
I have made the sour dough bread at our home in Ill. but have not been able to keep my starter going here. So I am in need of a boughten bread that usues natural yeast, no soy and fermented, soaked or sprouted grain. Thanks Barb
Guest guest
Barb, I really enjoy Baldwin Hills line of organic sourdough breads. They've been making traditional sourdough breads (with a slow fermentation) since 1975. The ingredients in their spelt sourdough are: organic stone ground spelt flour, water, sea salt, vinegar. Their address: Baldwin Hill, PO Box 1217, Brattleboro, VT 05302 > I have made the sour dough bread at our home in Ill. but have not > been able to keep my starter going here.
