The easiest way for me is to make homemade mayo.

Coconut oil in particular can used as you sautee oil of choice, It

works well in fruit smoothies, homade ice cream (will solidify into

chips), add to top of veggies and meats, nut butter in NT, and

essentially anywhere you've ever used any other oil or butter.

Regarding Oils:

First of all the Omega 3 Oils are the ones that are critical and terribly

missing,

in fact there is an epidemic of their lack in the American diet.

Go to your health food store and purchase, Organic Golden Flax Seed.

Three tablespoons ground at least once a day and mix with Orange,

or other juice of your choice.

I don't like the oils, I use the fresh ground flax and it is sooo delicious!

This is our breakfast everyday. The fresh ground Flax, Sunflower, or Chia

seeds contain nutrients that the OILS do not.

I hope you folks will all give the fresh ground a try and let me know how

you like it. I can't tell you how many so called health minded people I tell

about this idea and they have never heard of using the fresh ground.

Check the prices. The whole seeds will be pennies compared to the price of

the Omega 3 Oils.

We even use the ground mixes to thicken sauces for pastas.

Use olive oil in all kinds of raw veggie salads, with something acid, like

vinegar or lemon juice, and some herbs.
