Hi ,

They call them Sprout-Ease Jar Toppers. I use the large hole ones to

strain off the kefir and keep the grains in the mason jar. However, I

use the natural coffee filters with a rubber-band to hold the filter on

while it's culturing.

<<Speaking of lids, weren't you the one who mentioned using sprouting

lids with holes in them on ball/mason jars for brewing kefir? I've

looked around for them, but I haven't found them anywhere. Any idea

Unfortunately they don't carry them anymore, but for anyone else who's
