Guest guest
Dr. Mercola has a whole thing on juicing. He likes green vegetable juices, I juice a bit (not much) and like greens, cucumber, celery. I really believe that greens need to be cooked (with fat) to assimilate all the minerals. piimaman
Guest guest
- >whats the best non sugar jiuce to give onself on a daily basis ? Some people are enamored of vegetable juicing. I'm somewhat skeptical of the worth of lots of vegetable juice, but aside from that, why do you think juice is necessary at all? What about plain water, or real milk? -

Better to make a bone broth > and add vegetables (like I did tonight), people will derive more nourishment > from that and not end up doubled over from intestinal cramps as raw juice can > cause. > piimaman
