Guest guest
I just got some mini dairy goats(nigerian dwarfs) so that I can have a good source of raw milk. They are cute, easy to care for, and don't need much space-- they are the size of a medium sized dog when full grown. They seem like a good alternative to cows, for people who want raw, fresh milk. There's no goaty flavor if the milk is handled properly.I'll have kids for sale in the spring, by the way, if anyone is interested! Does anyone know about CLA content of goat milk? Or why NT does not recommend goat milk? I know I saw something somewhere in NT but can't find it. Willa
Guest guest
I honestly don't know the exact answer Willa however one reason may be that these guys are browsers eating lots of bramble and brush. Most goats are penned and never see much bramble or brush and therefore many times the milk is as poor as any other. DMM --- In @y..., " Willa Keizer, C.C.H.
