We have advertised workshops in butter and cheese making which prompted a

visit from the Department of Agriculture threatening us with jail and loss of

our farm. As we didn't have anything about selling, I'd strongly suggest you

check out what is legal where before anyone gets into big trouble.

Maybe you could just link to www.realmilk.com which lists sources of raw

dairy state by state.
