Niman Ranch tripe in SF Bay Area

Hello,

I've discovered that Niman Ranch sells tripe from their humanely

raised cattle (not entirely grass fed or organic but at least well

treated animals raised without hormones, antibiotics etc) but only if

you buy a 22.2 lb box (10 kilos). Cost is $2.50 per pound. Friends

and I will take 7.2 lbs, leaving 15 left. Any takers? Depending on

response I'd get the tripe on a Saturday morning, then I'd like you

to pick it up in the next few days. I live in SF near Alamo Square.

quantity that you'd like. If there are people interested in more than

the remaining 15 lbs I'll get 2 cases or just put you all in touch.
