Guest guest
" Vinegar can lower the glycemic index of a meal. Use vinegar as a salad dressing; you can also add a tablespoon of vinegar to fruit juices consumed with meals. " I came across this information at a web site that is high protein and low fat, and some of their other information was questionable also. I wonder if anyone has information on if this is true, and to what degree it is reduced. Thanks, Kat http://www.katking.com
