It is not for religious reasons, although I am aware that most state laws allow for religious exemptions. Is there a specific form or type of letter I need to write. I live in Ohio. Thank you for any assistance you may provide.

Guest guest
Dear , Welcome to the group! While I am certain that many in our group will respond to your plea for information with many excellent ideas, it is my considered opinion that this situation requires information that is up-to-date, and has a strong legal grounding; particularly because the beginning of the school year is already upon us. I would strongly and respectfully suggest and urge you to seek the advice of an attorney who specializes in the area of vaccination exemptions so that you know you will be doing the right thing and following protocols that will allow you to make a case that is as air-tight as possible in order to minimize the possibility that school and state officials within the Ohio Departments of Education, Health, Social Services and Child Protection Services can’t come down on you, causing endless legal difficulties. There is such an attorney who is a member of this forum. His websites are listed below, and you can contact him by going to either website. Alan , JD www.vaccinerights.com www.pandemicresponseproject.com I hope this information will be of help to you, and wish you the best of luck in your endeavor. Please keep us updated!! Ruth E. Guest guest
Do what your state law says--nothing more, nothing less...don't get legal advice from anti-vaccine websites.
