I just joined this group because I was hoping for some direction in what exactly

I need to do to legally allow my child to remain in school even though he has

not received all of his vaccinations. It is not for religious reasons, although

I am aware that most state laws allow for religious exemptions. Is there a

specific form or type of letter I need to write. I live in Ohio. Thank you for
