Hi all, In NT it states that soaking raw fishin whey will kill parasites

and bacteria. This is written on the firstpage of the raw meat appetizers

chapter. My question is:can othermeats (beef, lamb, etc) be treated the same

way(with whey)rather than freezing to kill parasites and bacteria. Also,I

have been having a hard time locating organic, grass fedbeef or chicken liver

where I live (South Florida). Can plain lambliver be used safely,as a

substitute,since it is grass fed?

Yes, fermenting in whey does kill parasites and bacteria. I have been

fermenting meats, veggies, fruit, juices, grains, etc. for a few years now.

My favorite is kefir whey. I also like to add a little Celtic Sea Salt,

which NT mentions also.
