Raw meat & Aajounus

I just could not gag down raw meat, and I really wonder about the bacteria

and parasites. One of the things Hulda emphasizes is that these

critters cause cancer. Was your friend tested for these? Hope she is

recovering.

We are all metabolically different, but I don't think the meats they sell

today are healthy for anyone.

I used to be a raw food vegan and for a short period of time I tried the

macrobiotic diet, but I am not suited to it and they made me ill.

Are you following NT guidelines today or have you found something else that

works for you?
