Hello, just found this site and thought i'd share my experiences.

I have been involved in Body Electronics for 7 years now, and

recently attended a seminar with Dr Doug on here in Australia.

Doug authored a book entitiled " How We Heal " , published by North

Atlantic Books. I would strongly recommend anyone familiar with the

work of Dr Weston Price reads this book. It is firmly gronded in

nutritional wisdom and physical principles, however, it goes far

beyond to examine the emotional, mental & spiritual factors involved

in creating or preventing healing.

Doug is holding a seminar in October which is sure to be good. His

email updates come out regularly, and if anyone wants to subscribe

they can do so with an email to updates@....

Another excellent book out is " Native Nutrition " , by Dr Ron Schmid,

who also is closely aligned with the princles of Weston Price &

Francis Pottenger.

Some other intersting books include:

~ Your bodies many cries for water- Dr Batmangeldj (?)

~ Fats that heal, fats that kill- Udo Erasmus (Sally Fallon bags Udo,

but i believe much of his reserch is valid, and he healed himself of

cancer)

~ Enzyme Nutrition- Howell

~ Essene Gospel of Peace- Disciple (again, slightly

contradictory to Weston Price, but i believe it still has relevance)

All the best on your quests for Optimum Health, Bellanger

,

Sorry the mtx had to be stopped when it was helping so much. Hopefully the

humira will help even more and you won¹t have any side effects. It¹s a good

thing you called your rheumy since your regular doctor wasn¹t realizing that

mtx can have side effects which affects the lungs. How is Roxie doing? Is

she still living on her own?
