Fancy you should mention this book -- couple of weekends ago went to an

alternative cancer conference and PPNF had a table set up selling books and

this book looked interesting, so bought it. I've started reading it and it

looks quite informative. There are lots of references to Sally and . Will

report as my reading progresses.

I'm about halfway through 10,000 Years from Eden. Ordered it with the

Metabolic

Typing Diet but it came after. So far I wish they'd been received and read the

opposite way because the typing research in 10,000 Years would have made MTD

more understandable on the first read. Both will be read again.

I see both of these books as important in pulling together the parts of WAP's

varied tribal diets and NT's complete macronutrient preparations to

formulate a

diet that fits the individual.
