I bought some coconut oil and I have a question.

First, I didn't expect it to be solid. Which was OK, I'm not real

keen on the smell, it's ok before it starts cooking, kind of sweet

and coconutty which makes sense. Should I refridgerate this oil? I

didn't after using it last night and this morning after being in my

cupboard it was liquid.

I'm confused but I did fry eggs in it.
