------>Seven Stars farm is about twenty minutes from

where I live...really cool people who use biodynamic

methods, however, when I spoke to a woman who works

there, she told me they pasturize all of their

products. I wasn't able to *get into it* with her as

we were at the farmer's market, but I did find it odd

since raw milk is sold at a whole foods store right

around the corner from Seven Stars!

I've tried a bunch of the brands Suze mentioned in her

previous post, and I gotta say that Brown Cow is the

richest tasting by far. I've switched to Seven Stars

simply because it's local, but if I had to choose on

taste alone, I'd say Brown Cow hands down. Which leads

me to a question...if you're using pre-made yogurt

rather than starter culture when making yogurt, will

there be a richer taste? Also, I've been out of the

loop for a few weeks (wedding/honeymoon) and can't

remember what a few of you wrote regarding using raw

milk when making yogurt. Can you just leave the milk

out on the table to get it to room temperature if

you're not going to boil it first?
