Guest guest
Hello, I'm new to the board and fairly new to this traditional way of eating. I am wondering should all children have the same amount of cod liver oil/butter oil? I know 1/2 tsp. is recommended of each but does that go for both my eight year old and my two year old who is much smaller? I am trying to save money as the butter oil is very expensive but I do not want to compromise my children's health or any benefits they would receive. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Speaking of which, why is butter oil so expensive? You get about 12 oz. of oil from a pound of butter, right? -- Berg bberg@...
