Guest guest
Do you know of any good recipe books that are NT compatible? Unfortunately i have no idea. I don't really like German food! But i have heard there is a very NT compatible book called Russian Cooking. I don't remember the author, but lots of ferment recipes. Recommended by a polish woman. Doesn't answer your question, sorry. Elaine
Guest guest
Hi Elaine, My dad is 100% German, he is the first in his family not to marry a full-blooded German and I'm the first off-spring that is not 100% German in his family. My mother is quite a mixture of French-Canadian, Dutch, German, etc. Anyhow, I would like to learn more traditional Germanic recipes. I remember family get togethers when I was a kid and every dish was Germanic. However, I lost a good source for learning these recipes when my Grandmother died years ago. Do you know of any good recipe books that are NT compatible? Thanks, Robin <<I have learned a lot about traditional Germanic and alpine ways from my German tutor, who is very knowledgeable.>>

I did a google search on German cooking. Were quite a few sites you could adapt recipes from. Also a site that had a German cookbook translated to English.
