Guest guest
Sally Fallon has mentioned the similarities between the diets of those peoples that Dr Price was in contact with around the globe. I have lost my notes on this and was wondering if someone on this list could help refresh my memory on what these were, I think there were 12? Here is my list so far: Meat Raw meats Organ meats Specially prepared grains gelatin rich meat broths fermented foods special foods for those in childbearing ages carefully selected fats OK this was off the top of my head!! Grace, a Augustine I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye. --anonymous
Guest guest
Check this link out, I think it's what you're looking for. And by the way, it's not 12, but 11 similarities. http://www.westonaprice.org/nutrition_guidelines/characteristics.html
