Guest guest
Have you tried soda crackers? They worked wonders for me. I guess it's the baking soda that calms the stomache. , on her husband's account On Tue, 21 Dec 1999 Fees@... wrote: > From: Fees@... > > thanks guys > > with the pregnancy nausea, sometimes the only thing that stays down is jello. > PLEASE if there is ANYTHING GROSS in cream of wheat (the only other thing i > can eat these days before 12:00) DONT TELL ME LOL after noon i'm a burger > girl > > felicia
Guest guest
The only thing I could eat were dried fruits like apricot. As I've read you can try with one (ONE) drop of peppermint EO ! Good luck - and happy pregnancy ;-) Franziska ROn Tue, 21 Dec 1999 Fees@... wrote: > > > > > with the pregnancy nausea, sometimes the only thing that stays down is jello. > -- Just A Perfect Day - The Soap Factory http://www.perfectday.ch
Guest guest
" pregnancy nausea is to stop you from eating what you shouldn't. " It's so simple isn't it? And yet so hard to figure out. I look at the lovely European bread now and practically gag. Luckily that is the only thing that is making me nauseous. I wish i would have known better first time around! I'm going to get this book, it sounds great. Elaine
Guest guest
Thanks for the info. It was really weird. It was just a downward cycle. But thank goodness it's over now. Because I felt so sick and had aversions to pretty much ALL foods, weirdly enough, GINGER, which I used to love, and pretty much anything else, I wasn't taking care of myself and was eating very minimal amounts of food.... so nutrients were down, energy was down, everything was down, which kept the nausea there. One good thing is that it taught my husband how to cook!!!! I couldn't even be in the kitchen. I had to step outside when he cooked because I couldn't stand the smell. It was horrible. Well, I don't EVER want to get pregnant again. But if I change my mind I WILL look into this. I have not of yet looked into homeopathy or essential oils and I want to know BOTH really well. I have a friend studying homeopathy right now. I can't wait for her to become my doctor. I'm a newbie at these two things. And I have been trying a few things to 'relief symptoms' but I know that this is NOT their purpose. It is a whole body thing and not just a symptom eliminator. Luckily, now that I've been getting the whole foods I need, I feel so, so good. It's amazing what good foods do to your body. I haven't felt so good in SOOO long. > > There are two things homeopathy does very well, one is helping pregnant women not be nauseous all the time (it's not normal!) and the other is with irregular menstrual issues, including PMS (that's not normal either). A good herbalist can knock it out almost completely as well. > > Unfortunately most women do not do a liver flush or cleansing prior to pregnancy (you cannot do it during pregnancy or nursing!) but if they did, that would just about wipe out the abnormal nausea phenomenon plus create more abundant health. > > Will Winter >
