acid/alkaline milk

Someone just sent me a cghart showing acidity and alkalinity of foods.

interestingly enough they actually had raw milk and " regular " milk on this

chart. Raw was listed as alkaline forming and other was listed as acid. not

something I have thought of before but wondering which process makes that

little change - the pasturizing or homogenizing or both?
