Isn't it amazing, Elaine how the carb cravings go away in no time with

increased good fat and protein. You sound so much like me not being able to go

long without food, unfocused and hypoglycemic when you do or when eating the

wrong foods. All protein type qualities. Another comment in Metabolic Man was

that fasts may be fine for carbo types, tolerable for mixed and wrong for

protein types.
