Guest guest
Hi Suze, There is so much new information emerging. It is especially exciting to me because I " intuitively " I began using mega doses a few years ago and have been getting great results. This web site has some good information, at least it is a starting point http://www.mgwater.com/. I will be putting a lot of magnesium information on my web site within the next month. I just started using a transdermal magnesium that delivers much more bioavailable magnesium without causing diarrhea. It has been found to also balance DHEA levels (which is another one of the jobs mag. performs). There is a book called Holy Water Sacred Oil by Dr. Shealy (who invented the T.E.N.S. Machine that is used medically for pain.) Dr. Shealy was so impressed with these products and their inventor he wrote this book. Carolyn Myss (the " physic " diagnostician) also endorses these products. Magnesium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is responsible for over 300 vital functions. I feel the magnesium has been one of the most important tools to regain my health. Hope this helps, Kat http://www.katking.com ----- Original Message ----- From: " Suze Fisher " <s.fisher22@...> < > Sent: Thursday, September 19, 2002 8:13 AM Subject: RE: Re: W.A.
