Yes, I've used CP-1 myself for years with superb results. It's bar none and by far the best probiotic I've ever tried. Mercola advocates one with an even higher organism count, but unfortunately it has FOS or something in it, so I haven't tried it, and there's a new one from Japan called ThreeLac that I might try, but you can't go wrong with Custom Probiotics, both because CP-1 is excellent and because you can put together your own mix of whatever individual strains you want from them too.
